What Is Gulamba And What Makes It So Unique?

Gulamba is a popular Maharashtrian-style raw mango jam. Unlike regular mango jams that are typically sweet, this one also has a slight hint of spice. This unique flavour profile makes it a must-try for mango enthusiasts. Instead of sugar, this recipe uses jaggery (gud), which adds a healthier twist compared to other varieties. Enjoy this jam as is, or pair it with any bread of your choice.

Gulamba is basically a jam and should be stored like any other jam. Once it's fully cooked, allow it to come to room temperature. Take out as much as required and transfer the rest to an airtight container. You can use either plastic or glass, depending on your preference.
